    Almost all International destinations with be delivered duties paid. These duties are included in the price of the style and paid before shipping so you will have no extra charges on delivery.

     

    Should you be delivering to an area where Delivery Duty paid is not possible, you will be notified at checkout.

    International returns will incur a charge which will be deducted from your refund.

    Sample Sale returns: We require the customer to return any items bought in our biannual Sample sale. Please return Sample sale orders to the following address via a tracked shipping method within 14 days of your order:

     

    We will accept returns from our online store as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to return an item, email [email protected] quoting your order number & name within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us after notifying us. Returns outside this time frame will be at the discretion of Terry de Havilland. We will respond to your email with a return label sent via email and all the information you require to return your order. If you are unable to print your label, we will send it to you in the post via first class post.

     

    Terry de Havilland also cannot accept returns for shoes that show signs of wear or if any tags or sole coverings have been removed. Due to the delicate leather soles on most of our styles, please be careful to try your shoes on a soft surface. Please make sure you pack up the shoes the same way you received them so there is no possibility of damage in transit (any damage resulting from the shoes not being packaged correctly will be the responsibility of the customer) All orders are photographed before they are despatched in order to make sure returns received back are in the same condition they were sent out in.

     

    Please note that all UK refunds will be the total amount minus the DHL Express delivery charge (if applicable).

     

    All shoes must be returned with all the original packaging.
