If you want to cancel an order before it is shipped then please email us and we will do this for you.
All deliveries to the UK will be couriered by DHL and will be free next day delivery as long as the order is completed before 1pm. Orders after this will be dispatched the next working day. Please contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements and require them for a particular date.
All deliveries outside the UK will be shipped via DHL International Express Delivery. All EU, USA & Australia shipments will be on a Delivery Duty Paid Service. This means we will cover the duties for you before we ship. We do ship worldwide but if you have any questions about delivery to a delivery duty unpaid country, please contact us at email@example.com.
International Express Delivery will take between 2-7 days depending on where the goods are being shipped. Please contact us if you would like more of an exact estimate on your delivery time.
We offer free returns on all full price orders.
Sample & Archive Sale returns: We require the customer to return any items bought in our biannual Sample & Archive sales. Please return Sample sale orders to the following address via a tracked shipping method:
We will accept returns from our online store as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to return an item, email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number & name within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us after notifying us. Returns outside this time frame will be at the discretion of Terry de Havilland. We will respond to your email with a return label sent via email and all the information you require to return your order. If you are unable to print your label, we will send it to you in the post via first class post. If you require us to arrange a courier to come and collect from your address, please include this in your email.
When returning the shoes please include completed returns form in the box along with all the contents received in the delivery. If by any chance you do not have a returns form with your order, please just email us your request to return your order. Terry de Havilland also cannot accept returns for shoes that show signs of wear or if any tags have been removed. Please make sure you pack up the shoes the same way you received them so there is no possibility of damage in transit (any damage resulting from the shoes not being packaged correctly will be the responsibility of the customer) All orders are photographed before they are despatched in order to make sure returns received back are in the same condition they were sent out in.
All shoes must be returned with all the original packaging.
*Christmas Returns 2022 – We are extending all returns for orders bought in December from the 1st – 22nd as we understand some orders may be gifts. We do require to be informed by the 6th of January at the latest if you wish to return your December order. Thank you.
