Delivery & Returns

If you want to cancel an order before it is shipped then please email us and we will do this for you.

All deliveries to the UK will be couriered by UPS and will be free next day delivery as long as the order is completed before midday. Orders after midday will be dispatched the following day. Please contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements and require them for a particular date.

All deliveries outside the UK will be shipped via International UPS Standard delivery or International UPS Express delivery. International Standard Delivery will take between 2-8 days depending on where the goods are being shipped. International Express Delivery will take between 1-4 days depending on the customer’s shipping address. Please contact us if you would like more of an exact estimate on your delivery time.

If your goods have been shipped please see how to return goods below. We will accept any return as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to return an item, email info@tdhcouture.com quoting your invoice number within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this time frame will be at the discretion of Terry de Havilland. Customers are expected to meet the cost of returning items in most cases, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

We advise all customers to return any item via a traceable method, as we accept no liability for items that may become lost during transit. When returning the shoes please include your despatch note in the box along with all the contents received in the delivery. Terry de Havilland also cannot accept returns for shoes that show signs of wear or if any tags have been removed. All orders are photographed before they are despatched in order to make sure returns received back are in the same condition they were sent out in.

All shoes must be returned with all the original packaging.
